With the EFS license you will obtain the current version of the Edmonton Frail Scale, an EFS Toolkit, training video, and training course. *Selected translations of the EFS are also available on request. Please indicate any required translations with your request.
Training Video: This 24 minute training video is designed for healthcare professionals and includes details on administration and scoring.
EFS Toolkit: This Toolkit is an instruction manual. The EFS Toolkit is the definitive source of instructions on how to administer and score the Edmonton Frail Scale.
Training course: The EFS training course is an online modular course that uses video segments and case simulation to demonstrate how to administer and score the EFS. It ends with an assessment of learning and a certificate of course completion.
